Scape Living at Aurora is a new kind of living located in Melbourne’s lively CBD, offering luxurious apartments with thoughtful touches, spectacular amenities, 24/7 concierge service, and so much more.
You’ll have more time for you! Sunrise sessions in the gym or sunset cocktails on the terrace. Cosy nights in or big nights out. Lazy Saturdays by the pool or day trips to wine country. We’ll take care of the nitty gritty, giving you more time to enjoy the things you love.

We’re in a league of our own! You can expect the same friendly atmosphere that you would find in an AirBnB paired with the service from a leading hotel, but with more personality and more flexibility.

Yes! Children of all ages are welcome to stay with us at Scape Living at Aurora. We offer spacious 2 bedroom apartments that sleep up to four adults or two adults and two children. With two bathrooms and a large living area, it’s perfect for the whole family.

Children 2 years and under stay for free when using an available crib at a weekly cost of $50.

Your apartment will have everything you need and more, ready and waiting for you to move in.Fabulous fittings including a 40” smart TV, self-adjustable heating and cooling, a kitted-out kitchenette with a fridge, stove, microwave, spacious dining area, and a comfy queen bed.

Our beautiful apartments are designed by architects to impress, we have a 24/7 concierge service, and there are fantastic amenities to suit your lifestyle.Franklin’s must-visit centrepiece is the spectacular Level 52, the ultimate destination for your lifestyle desires and needs. It has everything including carefully curated workspaces, a sky gym, splendid retreat areas, dining room and private lounge, and an exclusive residents-only bar, Sir Franklin.

You can live by your own rules! Wake up from any apartment with a jaw-dropping view of Melbourne. Make your way up to the exclusive lounges on Level 52 for brekky while sitting in the clouds. Be inspired creatively at our Collaborate workspace area. Get the adrenaline-pumping in the resident-exclusive gym, Sweat 52.

We’ll handle all the boring stuff, you just live your best life without distractions.

If AirBnB and serviced apartments are business class, we’re first class the whole way. We’ve got the same welcoming atmosphere with added dashes of personality and flexibility. Plus we have amenities and a dedicated lifestyle zone in Level 52 that no AirBnB or serviced apartment can match.
We can definitely accommodate families at Scape Living at Franklin! While we don’t have connected apartments at Franklin, we can make sure you have 2 one-bedroom apartments right next to each other.If you want one large apartment for you and your family, check out the spacious two-bedroom apartments over at Scape Living at Aurora, which is just up the road from Franklin.

Our apartments come with a 40” smart TV, cutting-edge room controls where you can manage everything from light brightness and window blinds to room temperatures with the swipe of a finger, and a spacious kitchen that comes equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave so you can get your inner chef on. Couple all the aforementioned spaces and features with a generous dining area and a comfy queen bed, you’ll have everything you’ll need at Franklin for an unforgettable stay.

ABOUT YOUR BOOKING

You will be required to provide your credit card details when making the reservation. This will be used as a guarantee only and nothing will be charged until your check in date.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file in line with the booking terms and conditions.

We understand that circumstances change, flights are cancelled, and last-minute emergencies do happen. That is why we will offer you a full refund if you are unable to stay with us, as long as you notify us via email on bookings.aurora@scape.com.au for Aurora bookings or bookings.franklin@scape.com.au for Franklin bookings before 4:00pm on your expected arrival date.

Unfortunately, if we don’t hear from you, you will be charged for the booking.

We offer fully flexible contracts so you can change your reservation at any time before 11:00am on your expected arrival date without having to pay additional fees. Send us a mail on bookings.aurora@scape.com.au for Aurora bookings, bookings.franklin@scape.com.au for Franklin bookings, or chat to our team on +61 (03) 9492 5355 and we will happily amend your booking.

Your wheels deserve the same first-class treatment as you. We have parking options nearby Aurora and Franklin where you can securely park your car.

All you need to do is contact us with your details prior to arrival and then register your plate with us after arriving. We will take care of the rest from there!

 

To make life easier for you, we offer fully flexible arrival and departure times based on your schedule at Aurora. You won’t be charged any additional fees for this, but times are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate you and meet your requirements, so we ask that you provide your expected arrival and departure times 24 hours in advance. Late check out is subject to availability and a fee may be charged.

For Franklin, check in is anytime after 12pm (noon) and check out by 2pm. Any early or late check ins or departures are all subject to availability and fees may be charged.

If you are happy with what you see, there’s not much more you need to know! We have no unwanted surprises waiting for you and you can expect to find the service and luxury living that we have committed to.

THE NICE TO HAVES

If you are staying with us for:

1-4 Weeks: Cleaning and full linen change will take place once per week during your stay.

4 Weeks or more: Cleaning and full linen change will take place once per week for the first 4 weeks of your stay.

Of course! We offer a range of additional services to make your stay more comfortable so leave it to us to keep your room crisp and clean. These daily or weekly cleaning and linen services are available at a reduced fee for all bookings.

We love a spontaneous trip! Give us a call at any time and we will keep a room open for you. If you’re not sure how long you’ll stay, you can book one week before committing to a long-term visit.

Scape Living at Aurora and Scape Living at Franklin is approximately a 30-minute drive from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport. If you’re wanting to arrive in style, our concierge is able to arrange a limousine service including a 5 series BMW or 7-Seater Mercedes Van. Alternatively, taxis and the Sky Bus are readily available and super easy to find.
